The Senior Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in strategizing and executing marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, awareness, and market share. This encompasses creating impactful PR campaigns, leveraging social media platforms, consumer promotions, and co-branding opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Allocation: Ensure optimal resource allocation supports marketing objectives.
  • Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the Brand Manager to develop innovative, effective marketing plans, implement the marketing calendar, and ensure timely creation of creative projects.
  • Digital Channel Management: Lead online campaign execution, prepare post-mortem reports, collaborate with media agencies, and ensure partner agency alignment.
  • E-commerce Enablement: Collaborate with E-commerce enablers, optimize media spend, and ensure agreed performance metrics are achieved.
  • Workshops and CRM: Explore co-branding opportunities and participate in site-wide activities to boost visibility.
  • Marketing Operations/Support: Ensure on-time pricing enrolment, create monthly reports, and monitor competitor launches.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing-related fields.
  • At least 3 years work experience in PR, Marketing & Product Management, preferably in premium or luxury brands.
  • Experience managing a team is valued.
  • Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong numerical and PC skills, proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and analytical skills.
