Job Description

KMC Solutions, Inc. is looking for a Research Associate to join our research team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing research reports and making draft voting recommendations to institutional investors.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical writing and research skills, with the ability to quickly comprehend and summarise complex subjects. You will also need to be able to process data quickly and accurately, and work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

This is a part-time, hybrid position that requires some regular office attendance. The successful candidate will work three days in the office and two days remotely. This position is based in our Makati City office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare research reports by reviewing publicly available information as disclosed by public companies.
  • Make draft voting recommendations for governance and/or compensation related proposals in EMEA.
  • Review meeting materials disclosed by publicly listed companies (e.g., annual report, notice of meeting).
  • Analyze information with regards to corporate governance and remuneration practices.
  • Summarize meeting proposals and provide voting recommendations based on best practice.
