Enterprise License Optimization Expert

We are seeking an experienced Software Asset Management (SAM) professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software licensing, experience with SAMPro and ServiceNow, and excellent analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and optimize software licenses to ensure compliance, cost-efficiency, and adherence to legal requirements.
- Advise on software procurement, license negotiations, and maintain accurate inventory of software assets.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with software licensing agreements to prevent legal issues and financial penalties.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate and acquire software licenses at favorable terms and pricing.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (master's degree preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of software licensing models, including proprietary, open source, and cloud-based licenses.
- Experience managing IBM Licenses and other enterprise licenses.
- Experience in negotiating software licensing agreements.
- Familiarity with license management tools and software asset management practices.
