Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Managing Editor to oversee our content publishing needs and lead our Editorial Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement content strategy to drive engagement and growth
  • Manage the production of copy, content, articles, and other editorial services
  • Supervise writers and coordinate with freelance contributors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Plan and manage daily operations of the Editorial Team, including coordinating editorial publications and meetings
  • Analyze performance metrics to quantify results and optimize performance to meet targets
  • Monitor and improve proofreading procedures and edit copy as needed
  • Evaluate finalized copy for compliance with policies, style, and tone

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in content strategy, editing, and leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • Degree in English, Journalism, or related field
