This role entails comprehensive support to clients and the internal team, focusing on bookkeeping, ensuring up-to-date accounts for clients at all times, and addressing client queries promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and complete Xero accounts, reconciliations, payroll, and BAS
  • Weekly bookkeeping and bank reconciliations for client groups
  • Process payroll for clients and send client payment instructions regularly
  • Contact clients with weekly bookkeeping queries and keep records up to date

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Xero Adviser and Payroll Certified
  • 3–4 years of experience handling Australian accounts and BAS
  • Experience in preparing and lodging BAS is highly regarded
