Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing financial operations across multiple entities, starting with the Australian division and expanding to European operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts payable invoices and payments
  • Handle accounts receivable sales entries and statements
  • Download and prepare financial reports from various systems
  • Perform data entry and maintain records in accounting systems
  • Process transactions in Dext and Xero for Australian operations
  • Learn and operate Exact and Facecode systems for European operations
  • Generate and distribute financial statements
  • Maintain accurate financial records across entities
  • Execute Excel functions like vlookup for analysis

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Dext and Xero, strong Excel skills, especially vlookup, attention to detail and high accuracy, quick learner of new accounting systems, excellent organizational and time management skills, professional English communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, and basic accounting knowledge.

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with an initial focus on Australian operations, potential expansion to European operations, and use of multiple accounting systems (Dext, Xero, Exact, Facecode). The successful candidate will manage international financial operations, coordinate across time zones, and support month-end and periodic reports.
