Job Description:

The role of Senior Data Scientist-Graph Analytics at the UnionBank of the Philippines is to lead the development of innovative AI solutions, focusing on graph analytics. As a key member of the Research and Development team, you will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and subject matter experts to create cutting-edge applications that drive business growth and efficiency.

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives, and identify opportunities to leverage AI and graph analytics to improve decision-making and customer experience.
  2. Design and develop AI solutions using graph analytics, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and alignment with business objectives.
  3. Establish a wide network of contacts across the organization to solicit information and gather key insights.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leveraging graph analytics to drive business decisions and improve customer experience
  • Developing and implementing AI solutions using graph databases and frameworks
  • Leading cross-functional teams to create and deploy AI applications
  • Maintaining knowledge of emerging AI technologies and trends

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience developing AI projects in an industry setting
  • Strong understanding of graph structures, traversal techniques, and centrality measures
  • Hands-on experience with graph neural networks, graph embeddings, and PyTorch Geometrics
  • Ability to develop APIs and integrate graph analytics into AI pipelines
