Protecting Information Assets

The primary focus of this role is safeguarding the organization's sensitive information and systems. This entails leveraging cutting-edge security tools and applications to identify vulnerabilities and implement protective measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade security protocols to shield the organization's data, systems, and networks.
  • Resolve complex security-related issues through troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
  • Respond promptly to all system and/or network security incidents.
  • Ensure the organization's data and infrastructure are protected by enabling appropriate security controls.
  • Participate in the change management process to minimize disruptions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Evaluate organizational security requirements and establish best practices accordingly.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks, reporting, and communication with relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-12 years of experience in security engineering, including establishing and monitoring information security controls.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience with one or more of the following security tools and technologies: Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender Suites, CyberArk Privileged Access Management, Zscaler Cloud Security, Tenable Vulnerability Management, and Physical Security.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with global teams.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and risk assessment abilities.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Security Operations Analyst (SC-200), Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect (SC-100), or equivalent.

Work Arrangement:

  • Able to work in a dynamic environment with flexible working hours, including mid-shift and graveyard shifts.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
  • Amenable to a hybrid working arrangement with at least 3 days of work onsite per week.
