The Capabilities Manager will support the development, enhancement, and implementation of technology, capabilities, and product strategies within the GRC organization. This role focuses on contributing to operational risk transformation by assisting in aligning business needs with technological solutions while ensuring scalability, regulatory compliance, and innovation.

You'll work closely with stakeholders across risk, compliance, and IT to help deliver effective tools and systems that enhance the risk management framework. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with business and technology teams to define detailed user stories, ensuring functional and non-functional requirements are well-documented.
  • Assisting in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test cases, coordinating with end-users, and validating that system enhancements meet business and regulatory requirements.
  • Participating in Risk Management solution definition by partnering with various business and technology teams. Advising on the right design / architecture for implementation.
