About the Job
- We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our real estate business. As an Executive Virtual Assistant, you will play a vital role in managing back-office tasks, client communication, and project coordination.
- Provide Administrative Support: Manage calendars, emails, and communications with clients, agents, and vendors. Ensure timely follow-ups and updates on task progress.
- Client Communication: Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a high level of professionalism throughout all interactions.
- Task Coordination: Organize and prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, ensuring seamless integration with our operations.
- Additional Tasks: Assist with scheduling, document management, and lead generation as needed. Contribute to marketing efforts by assisting with email campaigns or social posts.
- Real Estate Experience: Strong understanding of the industry, terminology, timelines, and client expectations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, confidence, and professionalism.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using AI tools and CRMs, preferably Follow-Up Boss.
- Initiative and Adaptability: Self-motivated, flexible, and growth-oriented, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
