Accounting Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our internal finance and accounting operations, overseeing daily accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations. This role will maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, practical experience with U.S. tax law, and the ability to manage end-to-end financial operations, including vendor invoicing, collections, payroll, and cash flow monitoring.

Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining financial control systems, preparing and analyzing financial statements, developing and maintaining financial models, providing scenario analysis and cash flow projections, and supporting external audits and due diligence.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required, along with professional certification such as CPA. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a Big 4 Accounting firm or a similar environment.

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, be highly organized, and able to maintain orderly records and documents. They will also be proactive in identifying and solving problems, initiating process improvements, and working in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
