Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer Lead to oversee the administration of our security platforms, including firewalls, ASAV, APT, SIEM, VPN, and others. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Security Platform Administration: Ensure the secure operation of our security platforms and implement risk mitigation plans for specific change activities.
  2. Incident Closure and Response: Investigate, analyze, and escalate security incidents and events within agreed SLAs.
  3. Level 2 Support: Provide support for policy and information security requests provisioning and troubleshoot telco and enterprise-grade firewall devices.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science or related field (4-5 years course).
  • Training in Information Security, IT Service Management, Project Management, Business Process Administration, and Quality.
  • Minimum 4-6 years' experience in telecommunications or IT.
  • Certifications such as CCSA/CCSE, CCNA/CCNP, MCSA/MCSE, RHCT/RHCE, CEH, CISA/CISM/CISSP are preferred.
