Marketing Coordinator Job Description

We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design skills, be creative, skilled, and detail-oriented, with the ability to develop engaging visual content, maintain internal and external communication channels, and ensure brand consistency across materials.

  • Design and produce high-quality marketing assets such as event invitations, trade show graphics, social media content, website visuals, and client presentation materials.
  • Manage and update content for internal platforms like company intranet.
  • Support brand consistency across all offices and marketing deliverables.
  • Assist with the creation and layout of bid documents, ensuring alignment with submission requirements.
  • Organize and maintain bid-related materials using project management software.
  • Maintain databases for photography, case studies, and other marketing content.
