Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our QA team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and interpret software requirements, derive relevant test scenarios, and execute comprehensive test cases. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to identify, record, and document defects accurately and correctly.

You will also be responsible for planning, estimating, and prioritizing testing activities, as well as creating comprehensive proof of tests. Additionally, you will perform UI, sanity, functional, regression, component, and end-to-end testing, and track and provide accurate status reports of all testing activities.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing
  • Proficiency in using Azure DevOps for managing test plans, executing tests, and generating test reports
  • Experience in testing web and mobile applications, and/or kiosk-based systems
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Hands-on experience in requirements analysis, test planning, test case detailing, and defect tracking
  • Strong experience in defect reporting, tracking, and management
  • Experience working with database operations and API calls
  • Able to quickly learn custom development frameworks and new technologies
  • Able to work effectively under minimum supervision with continuous change requirements and short deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
