Job Description

The role of QA Analyst is pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of software solutions. Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders, you will play a key part in identifying and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software functionality.
  • Perform manual and automated testing to ensure performance and security.
  • Identify, track, and report defects, working collaboratively with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and identify potential risks.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software quality assurance.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining automated test scripts using testing frameworks.
  • Continuously improve testing processes to enhance software quality and development efficiency.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for improving user experience and system performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in the SaaS or asset management industry.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
  • Knowledge of SQL for database testing and validation.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with performance and security testing is an added advantage.
