We are looking for a skilled Artisan Baker - Cebu to create delicious baked goods for our customers. As part of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and developing baked products, from measuring and mixing raw ingredients to baking and decorating items.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong foundation in professional kitchen equipment operation and at least two years of work experience in a similar position. You will need to ensure that all raw and finished goods adhere to quality and food safety standards, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- A high school graduate or vocational graduate with a strong background in baking is required.
- Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment is necessary, as well as the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Additional qualifications include a certification in baking and understanding of food safety practices.
- You should also be able to adapt to new situations, work well under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
