Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Director to lead our finance and accounting team at Te lengtan Brothers & Sons, Inc. La Suerte Cigar and Cigarette Factory.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.

About the Role

The Financial Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee financial reporting, including monthly close, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
