Job Description

The Lead Attorney - Land and Contracts will be responsible for providing legal expertise and counsel on land acquisition, real estate transactions, contract management, and due diligence processes for construction projects, specifically in the power plant industry.

This role requires:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience, particularly in land acquisition, real estate law, contract management, and due diligence.
  • Strong background in the power generation industry, particularly related to land acquisition for construction of power plants, is highly preferred.
  • Leadership experience, with a proven ability to manage legal teams and interact with senior management.

You will work closely with our senior management and project teams to ensure that all legal aspects of land-related issues are properly addressed.
