Job Title: Architecture Draftsman

At Flying V, we are seeking a skilled Architecture Draftsman to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and designs that meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
  • Prepare both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD system.
  • Communicate with Architects and Engineers, and incorporate feedback into drawings.
  • Prepare, review, and redraft drawings alongside the Engineering team.
  • Ensure final designs are compliant with building regulations.
  • Identify and communicate potential design problems to the team.
  • Recommend alternative designs and finishes to the team.
  • Attend to requests from concerned departments regarding needed as-built drawings.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (CADD).
  • Ability to draw manually is an advantage but not essential.
  • Ability to work well in a team and on your own.
  • Ability to respond well to criticisms and maintain a positive attitude.
  • General knowledge of basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and sanitary, and structural systems.
