Taxation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Taxation Specialist to join our team at AMERTRON INC.

• Reporting and Compliance: Prepare, analyze, and submit tax reports on time to the relevant authorities, ensuring timely completion of submissions and accurate representation of financial data.
• TIMTA Preparation: Annual preparation and submission of TIMTA reports, maintaining accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Tax Provision Management: Prepare journal entries for the monthly tax provision, ensuring proper accounting and reconciliation of tax accounts in the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement.
• Audit Coordination: Manage and coordinate BIR audits, ensuring seamless communication with auditors and prompt resolution of audit findings.
• Business Permit Renewal: Assist in the renewal of business permits with CDC and coordinate with BIR for tax-related matters, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Document Review and Approval: Review and fill contracts, permits, minutes of meetings, and other corporate documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Purchase Order Approval: Approve Purchase Orders, verify item codes, and assign withholding tax as necessary.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2-5 years of experience in tax and accounting functions, with a proven track record of success in taxation and compliance.
