About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team at Linxon. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying that products meet specification and standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verifying product conformity to project requirements and specifications
- Performing visual inspections of material receiving and installation works
- Using measuring tools and equipment to check product dimensions
- Identifying and reporting defects or non-conformities
- Working with the operation team to correct any issues
- Recording and maintaining inspection data
- Preparing daily inspection requests to customers as needed
- Preparing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
- Preparing inspection reports or test reports on equipment that has satisfied requirements
- Preparing two weeks' lookahead inspections
- Assisting in the preparation of QC monthly reports
- Preparation and review of quality-related procedures
- Monitoring and inspecting related QA/QC documentation, site installation readiness, and testing activities
Requirements:
- At least five years of experience directly in engineering and construction projects managing day-to-day site QA/QC activities
- Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
- Knowledge of engineering standards, including international standards such as NEC, IEC, ISO, etc.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
