Mixology Expert

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Regency Grand Suites. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages for our discerning patrons.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve premium cocktails, beers, and wines to guests in a timely and efficient manner.

• Develop and implement creative drink menus that showcase our extensive selection of spirits, liqueurs, and mixers.

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of stock and sales data.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bartending certification an asset.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end bar.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
