Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive executive virtual assistant to support our executive team at AG Assists. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM management and automation tools, and a background in real estate is a plus.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate client and lead information.
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of CRM tools.
• Identify processes that can be automated to improve efficiency.
• Set up and manage automation workflows using tools like HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Monitor and maintain automated systems to ensure they function correctly.

Qualifications:
• At least 3-5 years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficient in CRM software (Go High Level) and automation tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with real estate processes and terminology is a plus.
