Rehabilitation Specialist

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individualized therapy plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each child.
• Deliver evidence-based, play-based therapy sessions in one-on-one or group settings to foster skill development and promote independence.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless strategies across home, school, and clinic environments.
• Document progress reports, goal updates, and session notes in a clear and timely manner, fostering open communication and informed decision-making.
• Develop and implement effective home programs, educating families on strategies to support their child's progress outside of therapy sessions.

• State-issued license to practice as an Occupational Therapist (OTR).
• Desirable: Pediatric experience; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, embracing the opportunity for growth and professional development.
