Performance Graphic & Motion Ads Designer

We are seeking a talented and innovative Performance Graphic and Motion Ads Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for creative professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at crafting high-impact visual assets for paid social campaigns.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing compelling static and motion ads optimized for performance across various platforms, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more. They will also translate creative briefs and strategic insights into high-performing visuals that drive key metrics such as CTR, Hook Rate, and CVR.

This role requires strong collaboration and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple timelines and evolving creative direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design engaging static and motion ads optimized for performance across multiple platforms.
  • Develop high-performing visuals based on creative briefs and strategic insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring data-backed creative concepts to life.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in performance-focused graphic and motion design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating paid social ad design across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Solid understanding of creative performance metrics and how design impacts outcomes like CTR, CVR, and engagement.
