Executive Chef

Vikings Group of Companies is seeking an exceptional Executive Chef - Station Manager to join our culinary team.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced chef who can oversee the efficient operation of our kitchen, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to our guests.

• Station Management: Manage and execute dishes from a designated station, overseeing inventory management and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Food Preparation: Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes according to restaurant standards, ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise Junior Staff: Train and guide junior kitchen staff or line cooks working at the station, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Maintain Standards: Uphold food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times, adhering to company policies and procedures.
