User Experience Designer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience Designer to join our team on a fixed-term, project-based engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on impactful digital design projects where your expertise will directly shape user experiences.

You'll take the lead in driving projects from concept to completion, starting with client briefs all the way to final delivery. This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to uncover requirements, design effective solutions, and guide developers through the build, testing, and rollout stages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality results
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Design user-centered solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations
  • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless handovers and successful product launches
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in UI design, with 1 year leading projects from start to finish
  • Expert-level skills in Figma, including preparing designs for handover to developers and creating prototypes that help clients visualize and understand the design
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
  • Experience designing consumer-facing websites and apps, with a focus on delivering high-quality user experiences
