Job Description

Neksjob is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in the planning, analysis, definition, and support of ServiceNow products or applications.

About the Role
This position involves providing functional and technical expertise to plan, analyze, define, and support the implementation of ServiceNow products or group of applications. You will facilitate impact assessment efforts in producing and reviewing estimates and solutions for client work requests. Additionally, you will design, build, and configure ServiceNow applications, working with an agile mindset to create value across ServiceNow projects of multiple scopes and scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical expertise to plan, analyze, define, and support the implementation of ServiceNow products or group of applications.
- Facilitate impact assessment efforts in producing and reviewing estimates and solutions for client work requests.
- Design, build, and configure ServiceNow applications, working with an agile mindset to create value across ServiceNow projects of multiple scopes and scale.
- Apply innovative ideas to drive automation and improve business processes.
- Drive the delivery of outputs according to agreed schedules and specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience on ServiceNow development/architecture
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow product lines, including ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM
- Proficiency in JavaScript or similar scripting languages, and web development platforms
- Experience with modern UI frameworks like Angular or React
- Full stack development or developing automated solutions
- DevOps implementations
- Integrations and REST API automation
- Agile development practices (e.g. SAFE, Scrum)
- Automated testing using tools such as ServiceNow ATF, Selenium, etc.
