Key Responsibilities:

  • Laundry and Linen Management: Wash, iron, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness for clothes and linens.
  • Organization and Setup: Organize living spaces, ensuring everything is in its place and easily accessible.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, handling guest complaints and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Accurately report any shortages, damages, or security concerns, while adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
