Job Overview

The role of a Business Systems Consultant involves optimizing system functionality, implementing customized reporting solutions, and collaborating with business leaders to streamline workflows.

This position requires hands-on collaboration with stakeholders to enhance financial reporting, ensure seamless navigation through the Dynamics 365 Business Central platform, and troubleshoot system issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules.
  • Design and implement tailored reporting solutions based on operational and financial requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on system usage and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performing updates and maintenance when required.
  • Document system changes, configurations, and training materials.
Qualifications:Technical Skills:
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (minimum 2–3 years).
  • Expertise in custom reporting, financial modules, and integration strategies.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and SQL for reporting and data analytics.
  • Knowledge of business process workflows and ERP implementation.
  • Ability to diagnose system performance issues and apply corrective measures.
