About the Role:
The Finance and Accounting Assistant Manager at Nabati Philippines plays a critical role in supporting the Finance and Accounting Manager in managing the finance and accounting department. This includes implementing processes, ensuring cost efficiency, and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include preparing month-end closing reports, maintaining the trial balance, checking balance sheet accounts, reconciling accounts, preparing inventory reports, and monthly tax preparation. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Preparation of financial reports and statements.
  2. Analysis and reconciliation of financial data.
  3. Implementation of cost-saving initiatives.
  4. Compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Collaboration with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification (CPA, CFA) preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
