Technical Consultant - NAAbout the Role

The Application Support Analyst will provide technical consultative support for Elite's 3E product in a project-based environment.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving and providing timely support to customers.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pull service request tickets from phone queues and online portals.
  • Record all information regarding challenges using case management systems.
  • Replicate customer challenges using remote access utilities.
  • Leverage knowledgebase resources, peer knowledge, and documentation for known solutions.
  • Isolate causes and take restorative actions minimizing disruption to customers' business operations.
  • Provide timely status updates throughout the life of the service request until resolution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, finance, or accounting.
  • At least 2 years of technical, financial, accounting, and/or customer service experience with financial programs.
  • Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
