About This Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist to join our team in Manila. As an FP&A Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting multiple JTI markets by handling various management reporting tasks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting accruals, adjustments, and reclassifications, as well as generating monthly reports to analyze financial performance, expenses, profitability, and other key metrics. You will also assist in annual planning cycles, maintain financial master data, and support ad hoc projects as needed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reporting - Prepare and submit financial reports and statements, including accruals, adjustments, and reclassifications.
  • Financial Modeling - Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Data Analysis - Analyze financial data and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of finance experience, preferably in an FMCG or multinational company; FP&A and shared services experience are an advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel – intermediate level); knowledge of financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and SAP is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; diligent, organized, and able to work independently or in a team.
