Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MEPFS Professional to join our team as a Construction Specialist at Filinvest Group. This role involves overseeing the daily execution of MEPFS works, reviewing plans and specifications, monitoring material inventories, conducting testing and commissioning processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. MPEFS Execution and Monitoring: Ensure that MEPFS works are executed according to approved plans and specifications, with a focus on pipe clashing and conflicts with other structures.
  2. Plan Review and Approval: Conduct thorough reviews of MEPFS plans and specifications, emphasizing pipe clashing and conflicts with other structures.
  3. Material Management: Monitor material inventories and make timely requisitions to support construction activities.
  4. Testing and Commissioning: Conduct tests on MEPFS systems and document results, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Documentation and Reporting: Compile test results, brochures, and operation manuals for equipment, and submit site daily reports and inspection requests as required.
Requirements
  • BSEE degree and licensed Electrical Engineer
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in the same capacity
  • Responsible for implementing and monitoring all electrical/mechanical-related works at site
  • Estimates resources required for works and submits regular monitoring reports
  • This position will be assigned to the Futura Homes Palm Estate Project in Talisay City, Negros Occidental
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
