We are looking for someone who can work independently and collaboratively with our team to resolve accounts receivable issues and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts receivable, claims, billing or collections, and be fluent in English. Prior experience working in a medical billing company and using medical billing software is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Work assigned accounts receivable accounts or denied claims accounts through the Access Healthcare workflow and follow up on claims with insurance companies
  • Conduct outbound calls to providers to determine if the provider information on file is correct before an insurance claim is submitted
  • Document in the revenue cycle system on the actions taken, documentation sent to insurance companies, and any other notes from the call with the insurance companies

Qualifications:

  • Must have experience in accounts receivable, claims, billing or collections
  • Must be fluent in English Language
  • Prior experience of working in a medical billing company and use of medical billing software is a definite advantage
  • Knowledge of Healthcare terminology will be considered a plus
