About the Motion Graphics Specialist Role

At our organization, we are looking for an experienced and talented motion graphics specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motion design with 2-4 years of experience.

The successful candidate will be proficient in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and possess a solid understanding of visual principles (composition, color theory, typography).

Responsibilities will include:

  • Creating engaging motion graphics, including titles, supers, animations, and social media content
  • Collaborating with designers and creative directors to translate storyboards into effective motion graphics
  • Enhancing static designs with kinetic typography, transitions, animated infographics, and character rigging when needed
  • Adding audio elements, background music, and integrated visual effects to elevate video engagement

Key qualifications include:

  • Motion design experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Cloud)
  • Strong understanding of visual principles (composition, color theory, typography)
  • Ability to work with keyframes, null objects, scripting, compositing, and 3D space
