Job Description:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling email-based customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

This includes assisting with order-related issues, returns, refunds, and general product inquiries while providing high-quality customer support and maintaining brand voice and customer satisfaction.

You will also collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently using relevant platforms such as Zendesk, Shopify, or other customer service tools to manage tickets and track customer interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Prior experience in customer support for the U.S. market
Excellent written English communication skills
Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is required
Experience with Zendesk - customer service platforms
Ability to work 3 hours per day from 7 AM to 10 AM (Israel time), 6 days a week (option for 7 days)
