  2. Collaborate with the distribution channel to grow the business and improve customer satisfaction.
  3. Provide leadership, support, and guidance to the underwriting team to achieve organizational objectives.
  4. Ensure that the team complies with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  5. Manage the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out the functions of the department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably with a medical background.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in life insurance underwriting.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial/supervisory capacity.
  • FLMI Designation.
  • Passed at least one ALU exam.
