We partner with a company that provides risk and compliance auditing services to the built property sector.

• Our client is a leader in this industry, employing a four-pillar approach: Essential Services Management, Property Risk, Height Safety, and Emergency Management.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for interpreting and validating client needs to determine service responses. You will also coordinate with contractors to resolve client concerns, enter and update client and service data accurately, communicate clearly with clients and team members, monitor open jobs, and ensure timely completion. Additionally, you will help improve systems and processes when needed.

• A fresh graduate or someone with 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and Microsoft Office tools.
• Detail-oriented and organized in tracking tasks and records.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
• Availability to work a graveyard shift (night schedule).

• Full-time position.
• Graveyard shift (7 PM - 4 AM).
• Onsite at our Iloilo office.
