Job Title: Multi-Skilled Technician

SOSA JB Property Management Corp. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical services team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various building systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform hands-on technical work and daily routine monitoring/inspection as instructed by the immediate superior on-site.
  • Regularly inspect and maintain all building plants, equipment, and common area facilities.
  • Execute instructions from the on-site immediate superior regarding any matters that affect technical services that require immediate attention and action.
  • Ensure equipment operation conforms with the operating schedule in consonance with the energy management and conservation program.
  • Operate and monitor the operation of water pumps, exhaust systems, air-conditioning systems, lighting systems, generators, and other property/building equipment.
  • Perform sanitation of assigned equipment rooms.
  • Monitor preventive maintenance conducted by third-party contractors.
  • Attend to unit owners', tenants', and clients' service calls/concerns/request for assistance inside their respective units/rooms.
  • Ensure all equipment is in good running condition and implement troubleshooting activities to rectify any noted defects.
  • Report to the on-site immediate superior for any noted defects and/or unfamiliar conditions of equipment, incidents, and the action taken to manage, monitor, and address the problem.
Requirements:
  • A graduate of a technical or vocational course.
  • Above 2-year related work experience: preferably in the same industry.
  • Knowledge in maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire detection and prevention systems.
  • Knowledge of safe methods of working.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and technical skills.
