Cloud Solutions Consultant

This role is a critical part of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and high-quality assessment services. As a Cloud Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in helping organizations define their strategic goals and create a roadmap to achieve them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Develop a deep understanding of customers' business objectives and technical requirements, and articulate the relevant benefits and outcomes realized through a Solution Assessment.
  • Platform Selection: Determine the optimal platform to achieve stated objectives, supporting deployment through complete discovery.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Complete analysis of collected data, identifying key insights, and producing an executive summary assessment report.
  • Presentation and Communication: Present key insights and actionable recommendations in an appropriate summary form to relevant customers and Microsoft stakeholders.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Support seamless customer transition into post-assessment actions with relevant Microsoft or Partner teams.

Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of practical experience in solution sales, technical sales, or consulting in Microsoft solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills - ability to communicate information to both technical and non-technical audiences, position Solution Assessment and Cloud solutions, as well value proposition to potential new customers.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong comprehension of Cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, and Azure solutions and related solutions/tools subject matters.
  • Assessment Platforms: Practical experience assisting customers deploy, troubleshoot, and leverage the stated platforms (two or more).
  • CAF and Governance: Experience in performing CAF and governance model workshops to uncover customer Cloud migration reasons and goals.
  • Cloud Solutions: Experience in deploying Cloud solutions and architectural design is desirable.
