Branch Operations Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of the branch, focusing on compliance with regulations and bank policies. As a key member of the branch team, you will be responsible for overseeing operational processes, managing cash flow, and ensuring adequate staffing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all branch personnel are aware of and comply with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage cash flow, including monitoring ATM balances and maintaining adequate cash reserves.
  • Supervise branch operations, including supervising staff and addressing customer complaints.
  • Implement job rotation and cross-posting of branch personnel in accordance with existing policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any 4-year degree course
  • Almost 5 years' experience in branch operations and people management
