Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Content Operations Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating and managing high-quality web content, ensuring that it is engaging, informative, and aligned with our business goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in content management systems, specifically Contentful, and possess excellent project management skills. They will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.

In this role, you will be responsible for turning wireframes and briefs into fully functioning web pages, configuring components, embedding multimedia, and scheduling go-lives. You will also manage localization workflows, cloning and QAing translated variants, ensuring locale-specific slugs, metadata, and hreflang tags across multiple languages.

Apart from content creation and management, you will perform end-to-end QA, validating design fidelity, responsiveness, accessibility, metadata, and analytics. You will implement content updates, design/copy tweaks, manage redirects, and maintain accurate navigation elements.

You will also collaborate with writers, designers, and localization partners to ensure precise and timely hand-offs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience using Contentful to build and manage web pages
  • Strong experience in creating web pages from wireframes or briefs
  • 2+ years of QA experience in digital marketing or content
  • Familiarity with B2B content funnels (blogs, pillar pages, gated assets, UTM conventions)
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Monday preferred)
