Content Strategist Role

Circles is seeking a highly skilled content strategist with a sharp eye for words and the ability to turn ideas into compelling copy that resonates across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our copywriting efforts across campaigns, managing PR briefs, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

You will work closely with the Content Manager to ensure that all output aligns with brand voice, tone, and campaign goals. The ideal candidate is a strong writer with experience in AI-assisted content creation, prompt engineering, and digital publishing workflows.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead copywriting for marketing campaigns, ads, emails, websites, social media, and PR.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product managers to bring campaigns to life.
  • Leverage AI tools to brainstorm, refine, and scale content across channels to ensure a full-funnel integrated campaign.
  • Develop and manage PR briefs, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to craft compelling press materials.
  • Shape brand tone of voice and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
  • Analyze content performance and optimize for engagement and conversion.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in content writing for digital channels, communications, or PR (agency or in-house).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills - from snappy ad headlines to long-form storytelling.
  • Strong command of English with excellent grammar and storytelling skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a creative edge.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
