Content Review Specialist

Actionable steps to remove, flag, or escalate content as per organizational guidelines is a key responsibility.

Providing in-depth reports on content moderation activities and trends is also essential.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to continually enhance content moderation processes and policies is crucial.

Mentoring junior content reviewers to ensure consistent application of moderation standards is a vital aspect of this role.

Staying current with evolving online safety regulations and industry best practices is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review user-generated content for suitability, hazard, or policy violations
  • Take action to remove, flag, or escalate content as needed
  • Provide in-depth reports on content moderation activities and trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve content moderation processes
  • Train and mentor junior content reviewers
  • Stay current with online safety regulations and industry best practices
Requirements:
  • Senior High School or equivalent graduates with good communication skills are welcome to apply
  • At least 1 year of Content Review experience in a similar setup is preferred
  • Ability to work onsite in a flexible schedule is required
