The Talent Acquisition Specialist 1 is a key member of the HR team responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish. This includes developing and implementing recruitment strategies, sourcing and selecting candidates, negotiating job offers, and maintaining accurate records.


Key Accountabilities
\

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  2. Schedule and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates.

  3. Negotiate job offers and agreements with selected candidates.

  4. Provide feedback to candidates on their application status.

  5. Manage the employee referral program to encourage internal referrals.


Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment experience.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
