Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior finance, legal, and technical groups in a global fintech environment. They will provide industry-leading solutions to prospective clients and grow revenue through the identification of new sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of client relationship management and a good understanding of financial markets knowledge, including solutions technology, systems, applications, and processes.

They will be responsible for maintaining regular engagement with existing clients, building trusted relationships and partnerships, and developing new relationships within accounts. They will also execute new business development activities across client accounts to generate sales and increase account revenue by introducing all products and services.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal and influencing skills, and the ability to balance client demands with internal constraints to maximize client satisfaction and engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A demonstrable track record of client relationship management.
  • Good understanding of Financial Markets knowledge, including solutions technology, systems, applications and processes.
  • Background in Sales, Account management within Capital Markets is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and contract negotiation skills, strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
