Responsibilities:
  • Create and submit executive expense reports using Concur Expense software.
  • Process transactions in compliance with company guidelines, including global expense report policies, approval authority, amortization, cost center/account guidelines, country-specific rules, etc.
  • Manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation with the US executive assistant.
  • Maintain confidentiality of executive expense reports.
Requirements:
  1. Experience working in a global corporation shared service or BPO finance/accounting organization supporting global subsidiaries or clients.
  2. Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  3. CPA a plus but not required.
  4. Ability to work North American hours.
  5. Experience with expense reporting systems, preferably Concur.
  6. Knowledge of ERP systems, such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
  7. In addition to expense report processing, experience in areas like North America invoice processing, payment preparation, credit card program management, expense report processing, partner payments, electronic payments is highly desirable.
  8. Microsoft Office skills are essential.
