We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Sales Coordinator and PA functions while managing travel and logistics arrangements for the organization.

The ideal candidate will coordinate flight and hotel bookings to ensure efficient and cost-effective travel arrangements.

This role involves researching and evaluating various airlines, ticket combinations, and hotel options to secure the best possible rates.

Liaising with airlines and hotels for booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds as needed ensures seamless travel arrangements.

The successful candidate must be able to ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate flight and hotel bookings to ensure efficient and cost-effective travel arrangements
  • Research and evaluate various airlines, ticket combinations, and hotel options to secure the best possible rates
  • Liaise with airlines and hotels for booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds as needed
