We are seeking an experienced electrical project manager to lead our team in building data centers in Zaragoza. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the execution of electrical installations, managing a team of electricians, and ensuring work is performed according to plans, electrical regulations, quality specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily the on-site personnel (electrician officers, helpers) in executing electrical installations.
  • Interpret electrical plans, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications to ensure correct installation of wiring, electrical panels, trays, lighting, grounding systems, etc.
  • Organize work areas, assign tasks, and monitor the productivity of electrical labor.
  • Ensure strict compliance with the Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulation (REBT) and other applicable electrical standards, as well as safety and health regulations.
  • Control the quality of received electrical materials and executed work, identifying deviations and reporting them.
  • Manage the efficient use of tools, measuring equipment, and machinery assigned to your area.
  • Assist in resolving minor technical problems on-site.
  • Report progress, material needs, and incidents to the site manager or Electrical Manager (if applicable).
  • Maintain order and cleanliness in your work area.
Requirements
  • Higher vocational training in Electrical Installations, Electrical Maintenance, or similar.
  • Authorized installer license is valued.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role in construction projects, preferably in large industrial, tertiary, or complex infrastructure projects (Data Centers, substations).
  • Practical knowledge of assembly, installation, and commissioning of low and medium voltage electrical systems, electrical panels, grounding systems, structured wiring, and lighting.
  • Proven leadership skills, organizational ability, and problem-solving in construction environments.
  • Strong focus on electrical safety and quality execution.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
